The Seventh ASEAN Summit opens this morning (November 5) at the
International Convention Centers Dewan Muzakarah in Brunei Darussalam with the 10
ASEAN leaders in attendance, namely, Singapore, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, Myanmar,
Malaysia, Cambodia, Laos, Indonesia, and Brunei Darussalam. President Macapagal-Arroyo
Sunday night (November 4) said the Philippines is willing to host a multilateral
"simulation game" aimed at creating an emergency response to threats of
