President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo signs the Framework Agreement of the ASEAN-Republic of Korea Economic Cooperation Agreement Tuesday (Dec. 13) following the 9^th ASEAN + Republic of Korea Summit at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Center in Malaysia.
