RETURNS FROM 13TH ASEAN SUMMIT -- President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo waves to
her well-wishers upon her arrival Wednesday night (November 21) at the Ninoy
Aquino International Airport in Pasay City from Singapore where she attended
the 13th Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Summit and Related
Meetings. The President cut short her attendance at the 13th ASEAN Summit by
one day to check on the government's relief operations in the areas battered
