President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo is all smiles as she exchanges pleasantries with Kenneth Torok, United Parcel Services (UPS) president for Asia-Pacific, during a courtesy call on her Saturday (April 21) at Swan Room I of the International Convention Center in Boao, Qionghai City, Hainan Province, People's Republic of China. During their meeting, Toroc expressed to the President his elation over the success of their company's operations and performance in the Philippines.
