Lady Dr. Luisa "Loi" Ejercito Estrada and First Lady Martha Larraeda Frei of
Chile visit the children of Centro Abierto de Sta. Rosa Fundacion Integra at Lo Baraechea,
Santiago City, Chile. The foundation provides pre-school education, day-care and child
development programs to 223 children of poor families in Lo Baraechea. It also maintains a
total of 737 offices and facilities all over Chile, providing services to 60,000 poor

President Joseph "Erap" Ejercito Estrada is warmly welcomed by
Chilean children during a visit to the Santiago City Hall in Santiago, Chile Thursday
(Sept. 16). The President, who is on a three-day state visit to Chile, is shown being
escorted by Santiago City Mayor Jaime Ravinet. In an awarding ceremony, the President was
cited as Santiago Citys "Most Illustrious Guest." Earlier, the President
also witnessed the signing of three agreements that would boost the bilateral ties between
