| SHANGHAI, CHINA – President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo receives an affectionate kiss on the check and a warm handshake from a female member of the Philippine delegation to the 2007 World Summer Games Special Olympics which opened at the Shanghai Stadium Tuesday (Oct. 2). The President, who is on a two-day official visit to the People’s Republic of China, had a photo opportunity with the Filipino athletes at the lobby of the Eton Hotel in Shanghai Tuesday afternoon.
