PGMA OFF TO CHINA -- President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo gives last-minute instructions to Executive Secretary Eduardo Ermita before she left Friday morning (Oct. 27) at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 2 in Pasay City for an official visit to China.
