President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo cites the need to continue strengthening the partnership between China and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (Asean) in her speech at the opening ceremonies of the 3rd China-Asean Expo at the Nanning International Conference and Exhibition Center in Nanning City, China Tuesday (October 31).
