President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo waves to her well-wishers before she left from Villamor Air Base in Pasay City for Jakarta Thursday (April 21) on board a Philippine Airlines flight to attend the three-day Asian-African Summit in the Indonesian capital from April 21 to 23. The Asian-African Summit is a gathering of 102 leaders from the two continents, including United Nations Secretary General Kofi Annan.
