PGMA IN TOKYO -- President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo is all smiles as she is welcomed by Japanese Ambassador to the Philippines Ryuichiro Yamazaki and Minister and Consul Gina Jamoralin of the Philippine Embassy upon her arrival Tuesday night (May 22) at the Imperial Hotel in Tokyo. The President flew to Japan for a four-day visit to attend the 13th Nikkei Conference on "The Future of Asia" and to further enhance bilateral and economic relations between the Philippines and Japan.
