PGMA AT DINNER WITH JAPANESE PARLIAMENTARIANS -- President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo joins Japanese Parliamentarians in a toast to 50 years of diplomatic relations between the Philippines and Japan during a reception dinner with them Wednesday night (May 23) at the Imperial Hotel in Tokyo. The President is in Japan for a four-day visit to attend the 13th Nikkei Conference on "The Future of Asia" and to further cement friendly and economic relations between the two countries.
