A beaming President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo exchanges pleasantries with Dr. Sadako Ogata, president of Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), who called on her Wednesday (May 23) at the Presidential Suite of the Imperial Hotel in Tokyo. The President is in Japan to attend the 13th Nikkei Conference on "The Future of Asia" as well as to further enhance friendly and economic relations between the Philippines and Japan.
