For the yar 2002, NPO is vigorously pursuing its modernization program which becomes urgent due to the demand of reuisitioners for continuous forms, modulus numbering, full color printing, digital imaging, security printing and improved quality output.

To keep abreast of the new technologies in the industry, NPO personnel were sent to trainings and workshops on various printing skills. Those with potential are sent to the supervisory and managerial development courses to improve their knowledge and prepare them for higher positions. Outstanding performances are recognized with the quarterly and annual selection of Most Outstanding Employees. The NPO Worker's Association (NAPOWA) enjoys full recognition in its role in protecting the rights of the rank and file and is fully represented in Committees where their participation is necessary.
