Mr. Clinton, who virtually acted as Mr. Estrada's "tour guide," had gathered 21 Filipino members of the White House staff to greet the visiting Philippine leader. Mr. Estrada's meeting with Mr. Clinton resulted in the signing of seven bilateral agreements between the Philippines and the US, which cover defense and security, environment and public health, economic and development cooperation and trade and investments.
